Issue Tracking
Issue Tracking: Issue tracking refers to the process of monitoring and managing reported bugs and issues through their lifecycle. Bugsnap's issue tracking system allows clients to assign statuses, priorities, and team members to reported issues for efficient resolution.
Status
Status: In the Bugsnap dashboard, each reported issue can be assigned a status that represents its current stage in the resolution process. Common statuses include Backlog, To-Do, In Progress, Done, and Canceled.
Priority
Priority: The priority of an issue indicates its importance or urgency. Bugsnap offers priority levels such as No Priority, Low, Medium, High, and Urgent to help clients organize and prioritize bug resolution.
Custom Message
Custom Message: A custom message is a personalized message that clients can set up to be displayed to users after they successfully submit a bug report through Bugsnap's widget. It allows clients to provide additional information or instructions to users.
API Key
API Key: An API key is a unique identifier used by Bugsnap to authenticate requests from client websites. It is essential for integrating the Bugsnap widget into a website and ensuring secure communication with the Bugsnap server.
Organization
